DESLIME CYCLONE UNDERFLOW LAUNDER

Scanning of the Launder was completed in 2 hours, scans registration were completed on site to ensure all required data was collected. Physical measurements were also taken to be used as reference points with the scan data. 3D Models of the Launder and the wear liners were created from the scan data, the assembly model was then compared to the scan data for confirmation. Detail drawings and liner layouts were then created from the confirmed models.

BENEFITS

As there were no existing liner layout drawings, we were able to create a full set of liner detail drawings including liner layouts. The 3D Models created were as built models and these are able to be used for future wear management services.
